SPEAKERS’ DESK

All speakers giving a presentation in scientific sessions are requested to visit the Speakers’ Desk located in the foyer of the main conference hall and upload their presentation in a format compatible with MS PowerPoint at least 30 minutes before their session.

In case your PowerPoint includes a video, it is necessary to have the video file prepared in the same folder together with the presentation. If you would like to use any unusual presentation formats, please contact the Speakers’ Desk in advance.


How to get from the airport to the meeting venue:

a) By taxi (15 minutes): Only official airport cabs (yellow cars marked AAA or Fix) are allowed to operate from the airport, you can find them in front of both arrival halls. Price to the meeting venue area should not exceed 500 Czech Crowns or 20 EUR. All major credit cards are accepted in the airport cabs.

b) By public transportation (30 minutes): Please take bus no. 119 to its final stop „Nadrazi Veleslavin", change to metro line A (green line) and continue to „Dejvicka” station (2 stops), use the front right exit from the metro station, the hotel is located 50m from the exit. Single ride/1-day/3-day tickets can be purchased in Prague Public Transportation booths located in both arrival halls.

c) By car: If you come by car, you can park in the neighborhood of the hotel for free. Hotel DAP has no parking facility. Guarded parking is available in Hotel Vienna House Diplomat Prague (300m from the meeting venue).


LANGUAGE

The official language of the meeting is English.


CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of attendance will be available on Monday, June 13.


EXHIBITION

Exhibition of producers and distributors of surgical devices, other medical equipment, and pharmaceuticals used in the treatment of colorectal diseases in children will represent a substantial part of the meeting.

VISA REQUIREMENTS

Visitors from non-EU countries must possess a passport valid for at least three months after the end of the meeting. Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to the consular office or embassy of the Czech Republic in their country in order to avoid inconvenience. Please note that the visa application procedure can take up to two months.
